Located in the heart of Nigeria, in Kaduna, distribution of finished products is within easy access to all parts of the country.
The state of art production line came on stream in 1995, featuring significant efficiencies with respect to energy consumption, raw materials and recycling, labour and controls. Costs are at best practice world standards.

We have computerize operations in most departments to match the needs of increasingly sophisticated corporate systems. In the Design Department, a CAD system is used for color separation and laser engraving, making it possible to produce new designs very quickly, in time to match changing tastes and fashions in the market.

UNTP-Ikorodu is a vertically integrated manufacturing unit with facilities including synthetic fibre and filament manufacturing, spinning, weaving, real wax printing and dyeing.

The core business is now wax printing, which commenced in the early 1980s in response to the developing market throughout West and Central Africa.

The demands for high quality are accompanied by the search for ever changing fashion solutions in design and colours. UNTP-Ikorodu will meet this challenge through its in-house design studio, utilising modern computer aided design technology.
